When you connect your debit card, we need to confirm that the connection is viable and your card details are correct. The easiest way to do this is to charge a test payment, which is equivalent to $1 (USD).

Once we've verified your card and confirmed it's valid, we reverse the charge and this will be removed from your pending payments within 48 hours.

​Please Note: You may see this charge on banking apps as a temporary payment, however, you won't see this on your statement as the payment never debits your account, it is charged and then reversed.
