If you get a new phone number, the team can change the number linked to your account - we just need to confirm your old number, new number, and see some ID.
You can only login to your Chip account on one device. Each phone number creates a new account. If you open your Chip account with a new phone number, this means you won’t be able to access your original funds or bonus. Please rest assured, this is absolutely amendable - just get in touch with the team via chat or firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll switch you right back.
