If you get a new phone number, the team can change the number linked to your account - we just need to confirm your old and new numbers and see a photo of you holding your ID for security reasons.
If you log in to Chip without updating your number, it will create a new account meaning you won't be able to access your existing funds. Please rest assured that this is easily resolved by updating your phone number - just get in touch with the team via chat or hello@getchip.uk, and we’ll switch you right back.
