If you have a new phone number, our support team will need to change the number linked to your account. Please reach out to us via the in-app chat (which can be found in the Contact Us section in the Profile tab) or via email at hello@getchip.uk and we'll be happy to assist you further with this.
Please note that if you log in to Chip without updating your number, it will create a new account. This means you won't be able to access your existing account/funds. Please rest assured that this is easily resolved by updating your phone number and we’ll be able to sort this out if you just reach out to us.
