Last year we got in touch to inform you that the 1.25% bonus rate on Chip+1 was ending on December 8th 2021. This means that currently any funds held in your Chip+1 account are not earning returns with further deposits into this account being stopped entirely from the 19th of December 2022. Fortunately, you can now easily transfer your balance over to our brand new Prize Savings Account in a few taps, giving you a chance to win prizes of over £10,000*.

To move your funds to our new account, just open the app and look for the banner on the home screen titled: 'Transfer your money'

Simply click on the banner, follow the prompts and we'll take care of the rest! Just look for the following banner on your home screen:

The process takes less than a minute, but if you can’t move your money or can’t see the in-app feature, first please ensure you are running the latest version of our app.
