What to do if your device has been lost or stolen

We urge you to reach out to us immediately if your device has been lost or stolen. This is so we can ensure your account is secure and so that we can put restrictions on it to prevent any deposits or withdrawals from being made for the time being.

Please reach out to us via email at Secure@getchip.uk letting us know the phone number and email address linked to your account and when you believe your device was lost or stolen. Please also let us know the crime reference number if you have reported this to the police. We can then work with you to get you access to your account again.
