A guide to quickly assigning jobs to your team in CLARA

Welcome to CLARA!

As a new user, you might be wondering how to assign jobs to your team. Whether you're a Partner Admin or someone handling job assignments, this guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Please note: You will only be able to assign jobs in CLARA if you have the necessary permissions.

  • Step 1: Log in as a Partner Admin.

  • Step 2: Navigate to the Jobs Page. Select a job from the Active Jobs section on your homepage to arrive at the Jobs Details Page for the job you would like to assign.


  • Step 3: Click the “more” menu (three stacked dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the Job Details page and select “Assign Job”.

  • Step 4: Select "Assign Job" From the menu, select the 'Assign Job' option. This action will prompt CLARA to open up a window where you can assign the job.

  • Step 5: In the assignment window, assign the job to a Recruiter or Hiring Manager.

Step 5: Assign the Job

In the assignment window, you'll see options to assign the job to a Recruiter and/or a Hiring Manager.

Step 6: Review and Submit

Once you've assigned the job to the appropriate team members, take a moment to review the details to ensure accuracy and click the 'Submit' button to finalize the assignment.

CLARA will update the job status and notify the assigned team members of their new responsibilities.

Congratulations! You've successfully assigned a job to your team in CLARA.
