Terminate your Offer with a GIC Listing

Step by Step Guide

1. Navigate to your offer transaction in GIC.

2. Click "Add New" in your offer folder.

3. Click "Document"

4. Start typing "Notice to Terminate".

5. Select the document.

6. Click "Add Documents"

7. Click on the link to the document.

8. Click "Auto-fill" to grab information from the CBS.

9. Click "Apply"

10. Finish filling out the amend.

11. Click "Send Message" to send to your client.

12. Click "My Client" to easily add their email.

13. Write your message and then toggle to "signable" if you are ready for the client ot sign. If not you can change to signable later on.

14. Click "Send Now" to send to your client for signature.

15. Click "421 Elati Street" to go back to the transaction page.

16. Switch to tab Transaction | Get In Contract"

17. Once your client has signed, use the "Terminate" button to send this over to the listing side.

18. Select the Termination Document.

19. You can click "Continue" here to send over or if the termination document has already been sent select that box and click "Continue".

20. If you would like to include a message to the listing agent, select this and click "Continue".

21. Write the message to the listing agent.

22. Click "Send Now"

23. Once sent, your transaction status will update to terminated and your dates and deadlines will disappear from the transaction and your home dashboard.
