Using Quick Action Buttons on the Listing Side

Step by Step Guide:

1. Navigate to your listing in GIC.

2. You will see a series of buttons in the "Quick Action" widget designed to guide you through the key steps of your transactions. Each button takes you directly to the task you need to complete.

3. Click "Document" to add new documents to any folder in your transaction.

4. Click "Add People" to add a new client, TC, Title rep, lender or any other 3rd party to your transaction.

5. Click "Link To MLS" to easily link your listing to the MLS.

6. Once your type in the address or MLS number, click "Link".

7. Click "Publish Listing" to publish your listing to GIC so that other GIC users can find your listing to submit an offer to.

8. Click "Upload External Doc" to add proof that a document you have created in GIC has been signed externally. This way you have the fully executed document for compliance.

9. Click "Upload New Offer" to add a new offer.

10. Click "Create Public Link" to create a link for Non-GIC users to submit an offer to you using GIC. This link also allows anyone who clicks on it to view documents that you have made public.

11. Once you have uploaded an external offer you can use the "Upload External Doc" button to add any external documents you have received from the buyer's agent.
