Creating a new offer:
Start from the Client Profile
Make sure the Exclusive Right to Buy is fully executed.
Click Create Transaction with Client at the top right hand side of the page.
Pull in Listing Information
Enter the MLS number or type the address of the listing to find the property.
Under Transaction Type, select Offer.
Click Create Transaction.
Add documents
Add any client relationship documents (ERB) from the client profile to the transaction.
Add any additional documents (CBS).

Fill out the Contract to Buy and Sell
Click on the document to open it.
Click on Template to apply a template if you have created one.
Then click Autofill to pull in
MLS information
Client details
Seller info (if the Exclusive Right to Sell is in GIC)
Agent information
Send the CBS for signature
Click Send Message
Enter the client's email, add a subject and message.
Toggle the document from Locked to Signature if you are ready for your clients to sign.
Click Send now.
Sign as the agent
Click Sign at the top then click Begin Signing.
Click the green Sign button then Complete.
