Yes, transaction coordinators can absolutely use GIC. We built the software with them in mind.
Whether you use a third-party or in-house TC, they'll be able to have their own login credentials and then connect with you in the system. With that connection, they can be added as a collaborative party to any transaction you want them to have access to.
Additionally, this means that any brokerage that adds a TC to their workspace will be giving them access to their brokerage documents and templates so they can better work with you throughout the transaction process using the appropriate templates.
For TC's this means all transactions they're managing flow to one singular dashboard for easier management and oversight — rather than having to login/logout of every individual agent's profile in existing software.
