Each roster change made via ClassLink must be synced in GMM. When new students are added or a student is removed from a class, the teacher needs to sync the changes to the roster.
To sync changes:
Choose the class name from the left column.
Choose Roster from the middle gray column.
Click SYNC WITH CLASSLINK.
At the end of the semester or school year, teachers need to archive classes.
To archive a class:
Choose the class name from the left column.
Choose Settings from the middle gray column.
Click ARCHIVE in the upper right.
