How do I download data reports from Spiral Review or Student Data?

Printing Spiral Review (class data) reports & Student Data reports including Spiral Review, assignments, and exam data

To print the Spiral Review report:

  1. Choose CLASSES from the blue ribbon.

  2. Choose Spiral Review from the middle gray column.

  3. Click the download button.

  4. Open the .csv file.

The .csv file can be printed or saved.

To print the class-at-a-glance Student Data report:

  1. Choose CLASSES from the blue ribbon.

  2. Choose Student Data from the middle gray column.

  3. Click Spiral Review, Assignments, or Exams from the option across the top of the report.

  4. Click the download button.

  5. Open the .csv file.

The .csv file can be printed or saved.

To print an individual Student Data report:

  1. Choose CLASSES from the blue ribbon.

  2. Choose Student Data from the middle gray column.

  3. Click a student's name.

  4. Choose Spiral Review, Assignments, or Exams from the top of the report.

  5. Click the DOWNLOAD PDF button for the full report.

  6. Click the download arrow for the .csv file of skill data.

The files can be printed or saved.
