How do I disable the new question types for a class or a student?

Disabling new item types for skills

Get More Math released new question types in existing GMM skills. By default, students will see the new question types.

**If existing skills with the new question types are in your class' Spiral Review, your students will have new question types as a part of Spiral Review.

**If existing skills with the new question types are in a published exam, your students may have the new question types as part of the exam.

To disable the new question types for the class in Spiral Review and assignments:

Choose CLASSES from the blue ribbon.

Choose the class from the left column.

Choose Settings from the middle gray column.

Uncheck the box for the question type to disable. (Green checkmark means the new question types are enabled; an unchecked box disables the new question types.)

To disable the new question types for a student:

Choose CLASSES from the blue ribbon.

Choose the class from the left column.

Choose Roster from the middle gray column.

Expand the settings for a student.

Scroll to Question Types.

Click INDIVIDUALIZE.

Uncheck the box for the question type to disable. (Green checkmark means the new question types are enabled; an unchecked box disables the new question types.)

To change an published exam for the new question types:

Follow the steps to override the class settings or student settings.

Delete the exam from CLASSES > Exams.

Publish the exam from WORK again.
