How do I organize students by last name instead of first name?

By default, Get More Math organizes students' name by First Name Last Name.

To toggle the display of student names, click the three dots next to Name from Current Status or any report found on CLASSES.

Choose the option to display names by Last Name, First Name.

Adjusting the display in one class will change the display for all classes.
