  • How long does it take for my order to ship? Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after your prescription is approved. Once shipped, all medications are sent via overnight delivery, and you'll receive a notification with tracking details. Please note that our partner pharmacies only ship Monday through Thursday and do not ship Friday through Sunday.

  • Which carriers do you use for shipping? We primarily use UPS to ship our products. Once your order arrives, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. Additionally, we provide email and text updates at every step, so you'll always know exactly where your order is in the process.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes? Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

  • Do you charge a shipping fee? No, shipping is included in the cost of our services for the order.

  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? Once your prescription has been fulfilled and shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order to ensure it is accurate.
