What if my provider says it is not medically appropriate for me to take this drug? If our medical providers determine you are not eligible for the prescribed medication, you will receive a full refund, and your request will be canceled. The temporary authorization on your card will also be released.
Can I start on the current dosage that I’m taking from another clinic/provider? Yes, you can. Please select the dosage you're currently taking during your intake questionnaire. Dosage increases will only be considered for your first refill. Providers will require a copy of your current prescription to confirm this.
Does the price increase with a higher dose? We offer transparent pricing, which is clearly displayed at checkout. If there are any price changes, you’ll be informed during your prescription renewal process and prior to being billed.
