How do I cancel or change my order selection? Once a prescription is sent to a pharmacy, your order cannot be changed.

How long until I receive my order? After approval, our pharmacies typically need 1-3 business days to compound and ship your medication. Once it ships, you will receive tracking information, and the medications will be sent via overnight delivery.

Can I return the medication? As this is a prescription medication compounded by one of our pharmacy partners specifically for you, it cannot be returned.
