If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To expedite the process, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • A description of the issue (damaged or missing items)

  • A photo of the package and its contents

We will investigate with our pharmacy and shipping carrier to ensure you receive your complete order.
