Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale. All sales are final once the prescription is approved and shipped.
However, if an error was made in fulfilling your prescription, please reach out to us immediately. If you are not medically approved for the prescription by the doctor, you will not be charged.
