To give your Acute feedback list more visibility, you can add it to a custom bot that is connected to an element from your dashboard application.

For example, clicking our "Suggest a feature" menu link triggers a bot that opens the Acute for Intercom suggestions page.

To set it up you need to create a custom bot and add the Acute app in the bot message. Go to the Operator page, click on Custom bots, go to the From a button section and create a new custom bot.

Give you custom bot a name and add a bot message to the first path. From the message box insert the Acute app into the conversation. 

Lastly, choose where to launch your feedback bot and set it live. When your users will click your chosen element they will trigger the custom bot which will open the Acute feedback widget in Intercom Messenger.
