In Acute, you can organize and categorize feedback internally with tags.

This way you can easily scan and filter your feedback list based on specific criteria or characteristics. This helps you narrow your search to exactly what feedback you are looking for.

At Acute we use 2 categories when tagging feedback: type and product area.

Type

  • feature request

  • enhancement

  • bug

Product area

  • admin application

  • feedback widget

  • integrations

Depending on your product, you might not need to tag feedback based on product areas if you have only one main product, or you might need more tag categories like platform (mobile, desktop), sprints (Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4), urgency, etc.

The benefit of having all your feedback categorized is the ease of filtering your feedback list based on specific criteria. For example, you can rapidly find improvements for a specific component in your product (tags: enhancement + dashboard) or new feature ideas for your email functionality that are the most urgent (tags: feature request + email + urgent).

Once your feedback list starts growing, it can get overwhelming and what once was valuable feedback turns rather into noise. Our goal is to help you easily manage your feedback so you can gain meaningful and actionable insights.
