To add Acute's panel to your conversation's user details just select Customize within the side panel (on the top right-hand side) and then + Show more to bring up a list of your installed apps and select Acute.

Track new feedback

To track feedback from inside a conversation, click on the Track feedback button from Acute's side panel. From there you can search for an existing feature request or add a new one.

From there click the Add new feedback button and complete the form. Give your post a title (required), a description (optional), copy and paste the user message with the feature request (optional), choose a tag (optional), and choose if you wish to keep the feedback private (internal) or public.

Once you click Push to Acute, the feedback has been tracked and you will be able to see the user's new feature request in Acute's side panel.

Track votes for existing feedback

To track a vote for an existing post in Acute click on the Track feedback button from Acute's side panel and search for the feedback post. Select and click on the post and, optionally, copy and paste the user message with the feature request to track with the vote.

Once you click Add user vote with the feature request, the vote has been tracked and you will be able to see the feedback post in Acute's side panel.

Look at a feature request's details

You can always look at what feature requests have been tracked for a customer from inside the Intercom conversation. Upon clicking the feedback post you can see more details like the full description, how many votes it has, its status, and tags.
