A guide on how to set up Acute's feedback widget in Messenger and ways you can collect feedback

To add Acute's feedback widget to your Intercom Messenger, go to the Messenger page, click on Add Messenger home apps, go to Users, add the Acute app and select the Feedback widget.

Note: Make sure you are adding the Acute widget to the Apps for users section instead of visitors, otherwise the widget will be visible only to non-authenticated users.

Optionally, you can choose to show the Acute app only to a user segment like paying users or customers with a specific plan type.

Now, users can leave feedback and vote on feature requests directly from your Intercom Messenger.

Brand colors

Acute's widget integrates seamlessly with your brand by using your Intercom Messenger's background and action colors.


Optionally, you can set up moderation for publishing new feedback and comments through the Intercom widget.

Multilingual support

This feature works out of the box with Intercom based on your Messenger's default language and additional languages.
