You can set up which Intercom user data you'd like to track and sync into Acute, including custom attributes.
To get started, from your settings page, open the User details card and check which user attributes you'd like to save into Acute.
Some user attributes like Name and Email cannot be unchecked as they are required for Acute to work.
After adding the user attributes to Acute, all the user data will be displayed on the user profile page.

This way you and your team have all the valuable information at hand in Acute and don't have to switch between applications to make sense of your feedback.
Note: After adding any new attribute, all your users from Acute will be updated to display the new Intercom data. This usually takes a couple of minutes.
You will also be able to create new segments from any user attribute, including the custom ones.
