Credit Utilisation: The ratio of your credit utilisation compared to your credit limit. Keeping it below 20% is ideal.
Financial Behaviours: Overall management of your account and other financial commitments. Regularly review your account to stay on top of your finances.
Automated Credit Limit Increase Process
Our Credit Limit Increase process is now automated, replacing manual reviews. If your account becomes eligible for an increase, your limit will be updated automatically, and you will receive a notification via email.
As this process is fully automated, contacting Customer Support will not result in a credit limit increase request being processed.
