Why did you charge me twice? How does the weekly and monthly payment work?

To clarify, we would never charge you twice. If you think you have been charged twice, please do reach out so we can take a look and clarify this for you.

One thing you should know is that because you have two credit lines with us - a credit card, and a store card - this also means you have two repayments due every payment cycle.

Your credit card balance - if any - must be repaid weekly.

Your store card balance - if any - must be repaid monthly.

Details for what date each repayment is due are in the Bits app.
