Blabla lets you save your best or most frequently used replies, so you can reuse them quickly — and train your AI at the same time.
Saved replies aren’t just a time-saver — they help shape your AI’s tone, vocabulary, and approach to common questions.
How to Save a Replied
To create a new saved reply from the comment interface:
Go to the Comments page
Open a comment
At the bottom-left of the reply box, click on the bookmark icon
Click on Manage Pre-Saved Replies
Then click on Add New Reply
Give it a title (optional) and type your reply in the input field
Click Add Reply to save it
Your reply is now stored and reusable across all conversations. It will also be considered by the AI as part of your brand voice and preferred phrasing.
Note: If you want to save a reply from the Direct Messages page, the process is exactly the same.
Manage Your Saved Replies
All your saved replies can be edited, renamed, or deleted from your Blabla account settings.
To access them:
Go to Account Settings
Open the Knowledge Center
Go to the Saved Replies section
There, you’ll find the complete list of your saved replies, with the option to:
Edit or rename them
Add new ones
Delete them if needed
This allows you to keep your reply library always up to date and aligned with your brand’s tone of voice.
How to Delete a Saved Reply
You can delete a saved reply either from your account settings or directly via the bookmark icon in the Comments or Direct Messages page.
Steps:
Go to your account settings or click on the bookmark icon in the reply box
Select the reply you want to delete
Click Delete
To confirm, click Delete again
⚠️ Deleting a saved reply removes it permanently from your workspace. It will also no longer be used to guide the AI in generating similar responses.
How to Edit a Saved Reply
You can edit a saved reply either from your account settings, or directly via the bookmark icon on the Comments or Direct Messages page.
Steps:
Go to your account settings or click on the bookmark icon in the reply box
Select the reply you want to edit
Click on Edit
Make the desired changes to the reply
Click Save Reply to confirm your modifications
