How do I export my customer or reporting data

This will explain how you can export data such as rewards balances, customer information, and customer marketing preferences

To access your reporting page, you must have a manager staff account.

At the bottom of the reports page, you will see the option to export two reports:

Reports: This will include order and transaction data

Customers: This will consist of customer basic info, marketing opt-in status, and rewards balances

Both reports will give you the option to export the data as a CSV in a specific time range
