Change AI 990 Parser

By automatically pulling in key data points, we’ve bridged the gap between a static PDF and a completed state e-form.

How it works:

  1. Upload & Toggle: Select 990 in your Documents dashboard and ensure the “Use AI to extract data from the 990” box is checked.

  2. Take a break: Our system takes about 10 minutes to parse all the details from the filing.

  3. Get Notified: You’ll receive an automated email the moment your data is ready for review.

  4. Autofill: Use our Change Chrome Extension to instantly pull that parsed data into state e-forms. No more copy-pasting!

What to do:

1. Select your document

Adding a new filing is seamless. Just click "New Document" and select 990 from the dropdown menu to get started.

2. Activate the AI

Once you set your Fiscal Year End (FYE), simply click to upload or drag-and-drop your PDF. Make sure the AI extraction toggle is active to trigger the automated parsing.

3. Get Real-Time Status Tracking

Keep tabs on the status of your Form 990 from the Documents tab. You can see exactly when it has been uploaded and its current status.

4. Receive Instant Notifications

We send a confirmation email as soon as the 990 has been successfully processed and is ready for your final review. You don't need to refresh your page.
