Setup your account and define KPIs

Guidelines to manage your ad account, set custom instructions and setup winning criteria.

Settings Page

This is designed to help you setup your ad account, define instructions, setup attribution window, define custom metrics, and winning creative criteria. You can also add new accounts and remove your existing accounts. Visit the settings page here.


Add Account Instructions

Click on the "Instructions" tab after coming on the Settings page.

Train our AI about your ad account and company

You can let our AI about your company, goals, brand guidelines, who are you ideal customers, what age groups do they belong to, and what are the angles which has worked in past.

Customise AI response

In the 2nd section of Ad Account Instructions, you can define how would you like GetCrux AI to respond.


Default Metric

It's the list of metric which you would like to see in your every report by default. Sequence of the metrics on the dashboard would be shown in the same sequence as mentioned here.


Define Custom Metric

You can define and create your own custom metric on the platform. Head on the Setup button and click on custom metric.

Define your custom metric

Give a name to your custom metric, select the metrics in numerator and denominator and click on save. Select the type of the metric at the bottom - None (Decimal), Currency and Percentage.


Attribution Window

You can define your attribution window in the settings page under the Setup page at the bottom.

Define Winning Creative Criteria and KPI

Defining winning criteria helps you figure out which themes/assets produce highest winners. Click on the setup and click on winning creatives to define your company winning criteria. You can choose any metric from the list and apply the defined condition.

Customise winning criteria based on your campaign goals:

You can select the campaigns with similar KPIs by clicking on "Add Target Campaign" and then define their criteria.
