The purpose of the demo account is to help you fully explore the capabilities of getcrux and to help you evaluate if you would like to start the 30-day free trial plan on your own ad accounts

Insights (in Beta)

When you go to the insights tab, you will see a list of insights or patterns that getcrux has found based on your ad account's past and current performance.

These insights are generated based on a set of pre-set questions and triggers. Depending on your preferences and goals, these insights can be fine-tuned.

To dive deeper into any of these insights and get a detailed report, click on 'Know More'

Detailed Reports

These reports are currently based on templates defined by getcrux. If you have suggestions or want to add your own nuances, context, or instructions, please get in touch with us.

A typical detailed report will cover the following areas:

  1. Overview and Key Findings

  1. Deeper-level Breakdown and additional observations

  1. Building Hypotheses & Actionable Recommendations

Chat with your performance data

  1. Ask Questions

You can either ask questions to follow up on the insights & detailed reports OR you can start a fresh conversation from the 'Insights page'

To help you get started, we've helped out with a few sample questions.

You can choose to start a new chat whenever you want to start a fresh conversation. It is suggested that you start a new chat whenever you're asking an unrelated question or something that requires a different context.

Previous chats can be retrieved from the top left of the chat window.

  1. Metrics, Views, and Filters

You can toggle the 'Data View' button at the top right to get a clear picture of how performance metrics are shaping at every level - account, campaign, adset, or ad level.

You should also make sure you're connected to the right account and have selected an appropriate date range on the top right. getcrux only uses data belonging to the date range selected here to answer your question.

For eg. if you select 'Last 7 Days' and ask a question that requires data from the last 30 days, you will not be able to get a satisfactory response.

All metrics available on Google Ads and Meta Ads respectively are available on getcrux. If you can't see the metrics you want, you can add those using the 'Add Extra Metrics' from the Data View.
