Defacto marks the loan as overdue when the repayment has not been made as of its repayment date.

For the overdue loans, Defacto will attempt to collect the payments by contacting the borrowers by email and/or by phone call.

Once the repayment is late for more than 18 days, Defacto will transfer to the external recovery agency.
