From within the app
Go to Settings → Change Password
Enter your Old Password
Enter your New Password
Confirm New Password by typing it again
Tap SAVE
Forgot your password?
From the sign-in screen:
Tap Forgot Password?
Enter your email address
Tap SEND CODE
Check your email for the reset code
Enter the code in the app
Create your new password
Password tips
Your password must:
Be at least 8 characters long
Include at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Include at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Include at least one number (0–9)
Include at least one special character (like !@#$%)
Spaces aren't allowed, and there's no maximum length.
Choose something memorable but secure
Avoid using the same password as other apps
Didn't receive the email?
Check spam/junk folders
Verify you entered the correct email
Try requesting a new code after a few minutes
