Can I return my Lief?

We do not offer returns or refunds for Lief devices.

However, we stand by the quality of our product and offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty for any manufacturer defects. If your Lief device experiences an issue due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it for free within one year of purchase, provided you can supply proof of purchase.

Warranty Details:

- The issue must specifically pertain to the Lief device itself and not the accompanying mobile app or software.

- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or external factors is not covered.
