Yes, you can change your Lief subscription anytime. Regardless of the plan you choose, you have no obligation to continue beyond the first month's subscription. The $69/month plan covers device rental and ECG sticker refills, while the $99/month plan also includes personalized Lief Coaching.

If you're on the $69/month plan, you can sign up for coaching directly in the Lief app under Menu > Coaching, which will upgrade you to the $99/plan. The coaching is a month-to-month subscription that you may cancel directly in the app. Canceling your coaching plan in the app will downgrade your subscription to the $69/month plan.
