To end your Lief subscription, use the pre-paid return envelope that arrived with your Lief package to return the Lief device, charging pad, USB cord, and box. You do not need to return the sticker pack.

Once your return package is scanned at the post office, you will receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation. In that cancellation confirmation email, there is a link to provide feedback about your experience with Lief. We encourage you to share your feedback so we can continue to improve our offering.
