In particular, we do not recommend wearing the Lief in excessively hot environments, like hot yoga or the sauna, because it may exceed the operational temperature. In addition, it will be difficult for the device to stay in place when excessive moisture is introduced, since the stickers will start sliding around, interfering with the biomarker readings.
