If you see an error next to the Zoho mailbox you have added, you likely haven't enabled IMAP or SMTP.
Understanding IMAP & SMTP
IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) is a method to access your mailbox in real time. It allows us to access replies to emails as they arrive and display them for follow-up actions without delay.
SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) is the standard protocol for sending emails. To send emails from your Microsoft mailbox using an external application or device, you'll need to enable SMTP authentication.
