The Client Profile is a page where you can perform all the key actions regarding a particular client. This page can be accessed in one of four ways:
1. Through the search function
The easiest way to get onto a Profile on Trail is by using the search function. This can be done from any page in Trail. Simply begin typing the name of the Profile and press enter on your keyboard or the magnifying glass to search the software. From there, clicking on the Profile that appears will take you to its page.
2. Through an Opportunity on the pipeline
To do this, find the client that you would like to see the Profile for.
Clicking on the Opportunity tile will give you a few options, clicking the 'Client Profile' option will take you to their Profile.
3. Through the Contacts & Profiles tab
You can access a Profile through the Contacts & Profiles tab. On the navbar, select the icon of a person to get to this tab. Ensure that at the top of the page, you are in the Profiles section and not the Contacts section.
From here, you can find the details for the Profile. Clicking on the name of the Profile will take you to the Profile's page.
4. Through the Product dashboard
On the navbar, select the briefcase image to get to your Product dashboard. From here, you will get a list of all the Products that are coming up for renewal. Clicking on the name of the Profile will take you to the Profile's page.
