Another week, another round of software updates 😀 Hope you're having a good one!
Main Areas affected in this update: Activities, Profile & profile tabs, Medical Questionnaire in Insurance FF, Other Debts, Client Details, Income - Needs Analysis and SOP downloads.
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where activities due on the next day were highlighted green instead of grey
Fixed an issue where you were unable to search for profiles that didn’t have a key contact
Fixed an issue where Advisers & Assistants who unsubscribed from emails still received emails from Trail
Improvements
Changed subject lines on profile timelines to be bolded.
Added ability to capture Afterpay, Laybuy, & other new credit facilities.
Revised & improved ability to add companies to profiles.
Mandatory questions for the Medical Questionnaire in the Insurance Fact Find were made more clear.
'Balanced Growth’ has been added as a Fund Type for Kiwisaver.
The Statement of Position will now only download the relevant sections based on active opportunities.
You can now see what bank mortgage applications are for when viewing from the Documents or Positions tabs.
The option to ‘Delete’ an opportunity has been changed to ‘Archive’ to reflect how Trail functions.
You can now mark clients as ‘Vulnerable’ when editing their details, under ‘Actions’.
In the Income section in Needs Analysis, you can add further notes.
Project Updates
We have a PDF Project update coming up next week, to refine a collection of improvements & bugs found to do with PDFs.
This will mean a pause in other bug fixes & improvements as we publish this project.
The new Email Management project is still awaiting further testing before we launch. Aiming for before the end of June.
