Important ReminderšŸ“Œ

Trail will be performing a system upgrade tonight and unavailable from:

11pm Friday 10th Sep - 5am Saturday 11th Sep

During this allocated time, you will not be able to access anything in Trail. This includes the adviser-side of Trail and also the client portal which is accessed through any links that you send out to clients. On Saturday, there will be support available if you work during the day.

Bug Fixes

  • Some mortgage & debt questions are now optional for clients in the Insurance Quickform.

  • Bug fix where the SOA was excluding cover when selecting ā€˜Input own recommendationsā€™ and going into the SOA editor.

  • Resolved issues around uploaded documents not being correctly assigned to more than one category.

  • Fixed an issue where the value of an Insurance Servicing Opportunity wasnā€™t shown on the pipeline.

  • We fixed an issue with downloading the application PDF so even if thereā€™s no documents with the application, it will still download.

  • When you ā€˜unlinkā€™ an email address from a contact in a profile, this will then exclude corresponding email attachments from the Document page.

  • Fixed an issue with progressing to the Assets section of a Fact Find from the client view.

  • If there is a problem with a userā€™s email integration, Trail will prompt the user to use adviser@gettrail.com to send out the email instead of their integrated email. Replies from clients will directly go back to the user.

  • Fixed an issue where changes made within an email pop-up would not retain once the email was sent out.

  • We fixed an issue where linked applications were not displaying the correct refinanced structure.

  • Users now have the option to email their client a customized message when a complaint is resolved.

  • We have fixed an issue where the policy importer was not correctly assigning policies to existing profiles.

  • Bug fixed where the NIB importer was not correctly recognising policies past stage 3.

Calculators

  • BNZ Calculator has been updated to V12.0.

  • The SBS Calculator will be updated to V11.4 soon.

  • Both ASB and Sovereign calculators in Trail have been identified with further bugs. We are promptly tackling this next week.

Improvements

  • System-wide, the scanning for emails has improved to be more thorough and faster. We are still investigating cases of specific missing emails.

  • You can now bulk remove emails from profile timelines by: Toggling Emails (only), and then youā€™ll be able to bulk select them and bulk ā€˜Remove from Profileā€™.
