ASB: Version 1.60 has been recently implemented. However, certain functions of the calculator are not working as intended, such as the Credit Card Limit. Our developers are aware & working on a fix for these issues soon.

BNZ: We just received Version 12.0 yesterday and will be updating this to Trail.

You are now able to search for contacts that are not on a profile, edit details and assign them to a profile

Existing policies that are not actively ‘In Force’, will not pull into the Insurance Advice

Any documents associated with ‘Archived’ mortgages will not be part of the Updated Requested Documents list.

Fixed an issue where the Show Full Email button on a profile timeline would not work as intended.

Fixed an issue where some users were receiving birthday notifications even though these were deselected in the Notification Settings.

Fixed an issue where an Adviser’s disclosure statements wouldn’t pull through on some applications prepared by an Assistant.

Fixed a rare issue where digital signatures were wiped from documents when downloaded as part of a full Mortgage Application.

Improved the consistency of birthday notifications for clients.

Searching clients on Trail’s mobile view is now working well.

There has been improved speed of loading and searching of the new ‘Mailbox’ page. This includes the loading of thread summaries, and the scanners used to pull in emails.

Improved how documents are previewed in Trail to appear larger.

For Gmail accounts, emails in the sent folder that are associated with Trail will be tagged with ‘Trail’.

Improved the insurance provider list to now include; ANZ Life & Living Insurance, ASB Insurance, BNZ Life, and Westpac Life-NZ-Limited.
