📂 EMAIL IMPROVEMENTS 📂

We now improved the way we handle duplicate emails, so that only one copy should show in the relevant Profile. This is to avoid unnecessary clutter and each Mailbox will have the right emails.
We have improved the email syncing times for new emails to be showing in Trail within 20 minutes and this has to do with improving the way our email scanners behave. There will be continuous work to improve email syncing to be faster.

Organizations will no longer receive activities created by automations from users who are no longer a part of the organization.
Certain notification settings will now be cleared of links to other users if a user transfers between organizations to prevent the creation of automated activities in the previous organization.
Fixed an issue where the Download Opportunity Spreadsheet did not work as intended.
Fixed an issue where users were unable to select two key participants in the Nature & Scope of Advice.
Fixed an issue where complaint documents were not being retained.

Floating contacts not assigned to any profiles can now be searchable and will take you to a page to be able to assign this contact out to a profile.
Fixed an issue where emails sent including the Timeline address in the BCC field of the email would not appear in Trail.
Fixed an issue where some opportunities of Archived Profiles reappeared on the Pipeline.

Replaced Insurance Policies will no longer be automatically achieved when an Insurance Opportunity is Won. If any cover is replaced, increased, or decreased, there will always be a record of the changes on the policy itself.
Fixed a visual bug where Policy Documents in the Existing Policies tab appeared to be renamed to “View Statement of Position” instead of the correct document name.
Fixed an issue where users could not ‘Confirm Cover’ due to a false ‘Outstanding Variation Reasoning’ message.
You are now able to add an Insurance Provider to an Insurance Claim Opportunity.
