Email Management Project Release
Launching Officially on July 15th 📧
We're thrilled to announce that the Email Management System will be released on Thursday, July 15th!
This is our largest new project launch to date and will include key feature such as:
Full management of your inbox & outbox directly from within Trail.
One centralised area for your email related needs.
Better management of incoming & outgoing email links to profiles.
Assigning emails between yourself & a third party directly to a profile.
View email chains as one continuous conversation.
Faster & more reliable email recording.
What Does this Mean for You?
This launch has meant moving over 5 million emails and 3.5 million documents to get ready for the new system - we have been doing this bit by bit over the past week so ensure a smooth release.
We have taken preventative measures so that there will be minimal to no disruption to your workday.
How do I access the new features?
In order to access these new features, you will have to integrate your email into Trail via IMAP/SMTP.
The old integration buttons to connect to your Gmail or Microsoft 365 account will no longer be accessible or supported in the future. However, if you are integrated via these ways, your email connection will still run.
Please find some time in the following weeks to integrate your email via IMAP/SMTP if you haven't already. We strongly advise against rushing to do this today or tomorrow as then our system will be under heavy load.
