General Bug Fixes

  • The names of Trusts / Companies as borrowers should appears in the application download.

  • Archived loans will no longer appear incorrectly in the Insurance Fact Find, Statement of Advice, or Lending Summary.

  • Improved visual consistency in PDFs documents created in Trail.

  • Fixed an issue that caused an error page to appear downloading certain clients’ Fact Find or Statement of Position documents while no liability type was specified.

  • Fixed an issue with certain documents being inaccessible and appearing as -1 Bytes.

  • The ‘Archived’ folder in Gmail will now be scanned by our email scanning software.

  • Bug fix where ‘Repaying Other Debts’ was deselected in ‘Refine cover’ but not saving the selection.

  • Bug fix where the Fixed Term specified when winning a Mortgage Servicing Opportunity was not being reflected in the Loan Details.

  • Email Scanner improvement: also now scans new emails in the last 5 minutes to check it has been picked up.

Calculator Updates:

  • BNZ calculator updated to not include any liabilities that were marked to be consolidated, loans marked to be refinanced or loans being marked to be used to pay off as part of a property sale in the monthly finances expense section.

  • The BNZ calculator has been updated to V.12.1

  • The Westpac calculator has been updated to V.30September2021

  • Westpac calculator was pre-populating 30 years interest automatically into the servicing calculator- this is now resolved.

  • An issue with the SBS calculator multi-downloads not opening in Excel and in the correct format has been fixed

Linked Application Fixes:

  • With a property sale, the total exposure calculation in Funding Details is now correct.

  • Top up value is now only pulled through for the existing application - and this value no longer displays to 2 decimal places.

  • Debt to be consolidated and topup loan value should be saved upon page refresh or application switch.

  • You should be able to consolidate separate debt on both applications independently.

  • You can now switch directly between the Funding Details of any applications that have been linked together.

  • All the fields should be fully reset when an application is linked.

  • If a property is selected to be sold, it is removed as an option in the Security section of the Funding Details page - this goes for linked and unlinked applications.
