Bug Fixes

  • Formatting fix for BCC’d email in profile timelines.

  • Updated colour designations for linked applications to clearly define what details belong to each application.

  • Bug fix where advisor reasoning for changes to ‘Advice on Replacement Business’ was not pulling into SOA.

  • Fixed an issue with the interest rate for a loan being required on the Insurance Fact Find.

  • The interest rate is now optional for the Insurance Fact Find, but required for the Mortgage Fact Find.

  • Users now have the option to remove all historic emails once an email is unlinked from a profile.

  • Fixed an issue with image files appearing cut off in certain final application downloads.

  • Users can now change the primary email address of a company on a profile.

  • Issue with non-associated emails from adviser@gettrail.com showing on profiles has now been fixed.

  • Policy Importer issue failing on the final stage, has now been resolved.

  • Quickform PDFs have now been updated. ‘Yes’ answered questions will now appear at the top and ‘’No’’ answered questions at the bottom.

  • Mailchimp / ActiveCampaign integration now should accurately capture updated Mortgage and Insurance data that is linked with contacts.

  • Policy Importer is now working when allocating the policy owner to an account that is not your own.

  • If the list of BCC/CC email addresses on emails in a timeline is too long, a scroll bar will now appear.

Calculator Updates

  • Co-operative Bank's new servicing calculator v. 5.0 is coming!

  • Same with BNZ's new calculator v. 12.3
