2021 has been a rollercoaster of a year 🎢 Through all the ups and downs, we were happy to help our members with FLSAA compliance, implemented the email integration system, and released Advanced Filtering.

Trail Fortnightly Webinar Update:
Today was our final Trail Training Webinar for 2021, and the last training webinar until further notice. If you missed it, you can find all past recordings here!
We would like to thank all of those who attended throughout the year, and hope that you learnt something from the sessions you attended!
There will be no Trail Training webinars in January 2022. We will be announcing a new structure to the way we bring you Trail Training in 2022. Our aim is to make sure every session we host will be a meaningful and engaging experience for every Trail user. In order to do this, we’re going to spend some time planning and organizing the best way we can achieve this 📝
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue with certain research documents appearing out of order in the Statement of advice.
Winning mortgage opportunities is working as intended.
Improvements
Updated the Lending Summary to include a client’s loan account number.
When unemployment is selected, you can now specify the past 3 years of employment history.
Updated all mortgage calculators' wording to ensure it aligns with the new CCCFA changes.

Updated the Westpac servicing calculator to V25Nov2021.
Updated the SBS servicing calculator to V11.9.
