Improvements

Date fields now now consistent across Trail. All date fields scrollable and by default show 100 years either side of current year.
Repayment of Other Debt - if no lender is selected, the wording is improved in Refine Cover.

Fixed an issue with the request documents email template not picking up the reasoning behind why a document was marked incomplete.
Fixed an issue with the SBS servicing calculator not including boarder income.
Fixed an issue with the ANZ servicing calculator incorrectly calculating bank assessed living expenses.
Fixed an issue with the ANZ servicing calculator not populating with the number of dependents or cars owned by the client.
Fixed a bug where the bank assessed living costs not were calculating correctly in the Westpac servicing calculator.
Fixed a bug where the Resimac calculator was not pulling in the default 30 year loan term correctly.
Fixed an issue where Quickform PDF summary wasn’t picking up all changes.
