Bug fixes

  • Daily Alert Methods now run fast and at the early hours to make sure you get the notifications you are after when you log into Trail in the morning.

  • Bug fixed where Trail notifications did not display client names.

  • Bug fixed where advisers where intermittently logged out of Trail.

  • Fixed some reported instances where Profiles or Contacts could not be merged.

  • Fixed issue with Interactive Mortgage Recommendation page where the client's signature did not retain.

  • Fixed issue where clients are unable to attach files to Profile Notes using Safari.

  • Fixed bug where the Activities page no longer shows related Opportunity Pipeline & Stage.

  • Fixed bug where the Insurance Policy documents were not showing the specified Branding Colour of the organisation.

Emails:

  • Fixed issues where BCC timeline emails were not showing on the Profile Timeline.

Automations:

  • Fixed many automation related bugs where servicing opportunities were incorrectly created by Trail - sometime relating to excluded products.

  • We have also gone in an archived the servicing opportunities that are most likely created when the above bug was around.

Documents Page:

  • Fixed issue unable to highlight text in the Documents Request email modal and in the comments for files marked as "Incomplete".

  • Fixed narrow column widths for the Uploaded Files page in the Documents page so that you can see the file names and categories clearly.

  • Bug fixed where navigating between documents using the arrow buttons in the documents modal did not display the next document.

Calculators:

  • Updated BNZ calculator to v12.8.

  • Updated Resimac calculator to v5.09.

  • Fixed mapping for Westpac Calculator where Benefit income (before/ after tax) was not correct.

  • ANZ servicing calculator now maps Loan Term data and non ANZ existing mortgage information.

  • Bug fixed where the SBS servicing calculator was downloading with the incorrect file extension.
